Azure purchases this product fresh every Tuesday. Because this product is very perishable, the "Best By" date is just 17 days away when we get it. If all goes smoothly, we're usually able to deliver to even our farthest routes and have the product arrive before the "Best By" date. (This is not a "Sell By" date, nor an "Expiration" date.) However...
In order to make this wonderful (yet perishable) item available to everyone, we are not able to offer credits, refunds, or return-authorization for Alexandre products that are close to or past their "Best By" date. Thank you for your understanding. Please consider the travel time from Oregon to your location when purchasing this item, and if you are uncomfortable with the idea that this item may arrive close to (or slightly beyond) it's "Best By" date, please do not order it.
TIP! You can freeze milk to use later! The video below shows what to expect when you freeze milk. Yes, it may look a little yellow while frozen, the bottle may expand while it's frozen and shrink-in when it thaws, but the milk stays delicious. Now you can order enough to last between your Azure deliveries, and know that it will retain it's goodness in your freezer.

Our Alexandre Family Farm 100% Grass-fed Milk comes from cows that are pastured year-round on our regenerative organic farm. Cows that eat only grass produce more nutrient-rich milk. 100% grass-fed organic dairy has significantly more omega-3s – the essential fatty acids that contribute to brain and eye health, especially in children. There is also a better balance of omega-6 to omega-3 in 100% grass-fed dairy – helping bring people’s ratio closer to the 2:1 ratio considered optimal for human health. CLAs (conjugated linoleic acids) – the healthy fats known for their evidence-based benefits – are highest in 100% grass-fed dairy.
Our 100% Grass-fed milk is unique in dairy: We do not standardize the milkfat level to the national standard of 3.25% for Whole Milk. We leave the milkfat levels exactly as they are on the day of milking – so you get the changing milkfat levels that nature provides. We publish those changing milkfat levels on our website for each production run so you can see what the fat level is for each bottle you buy. Like our other bottled milks, we VAT pasteurize – low and slow – to preserve the delicious flavor of this nutrient rich milk with the cream on top.

Our herd of cows only produces 100% A2/A2 organic milk: the digestible dairy. Over the past 2 decades we have been carefully cross-breeding our herd so our cows do not have the A1 protein that is linked to digestive issues. A2/A2 organic milk gives many people the freedom to enjoy real dairy again!
We farm on more than 4300 organic grass pastures on the northernmost coast of California where we grow grass 365 days a year. Our cows are grazing on this rich pasture for most of the year, except when they are sheltered indoors during the rainy season to protect them and our pastures. In the barns, the cows are still fed our harvested grasses. The result is deeply nutritious and delicious milk, cream and yogurt.
MRNA Vaccine Statement: At Alexandre Dairy, we do all we can to prevent diseases with good organic management practices, healthy and timely colostrum in a newborn calf, homeopathic treatments like garlic tinctures and arnica tinctures, however we still must vaccinate our cattle with respiratory vaccines and other vaccines as preventative maintenance to ensure healthy cattle. We have worked with many holistic, organic nutrient advisors regarding our vaccination program. We will never use an MRNA vaccine in our cattle or at our farm.
