White Flour, Morbread

Regular white Flour which has not been bleached. This Flour has had its Bran and Germ removed. Enriched. Flour is not bromated. 

This product is often used in pan breads, hamburger buns, croissants, pastries, baguettes, whole wheat blends, egg noodles, and sour and sweet dough.
