Azure Market Organics dark wheat bran is the outermost layer of heritage hard red spring wheat grown by our close friends at Jenkin’s Creek Ranch in Idaho. It’s separated from the wheat during our special Unifine milling process, which instantly pulverizes grain using a high-speed rotor, producing a very fine, uniform grind and leaving the oils and their natural nutrients undamaged by heat. 

Our bran isn’t just tasty; it’s jam-packed with nutrients! It’s a fantastic source of fiber, providing 99% of the daily value—plus, it’s rich in minerals like potassium (20% DV) iron (34% DV), selenium (over 50% DV), and magnesium (over 100% DV!). Wheat bran tastes slightly sweet and a little nutty—perfect in bran muffins, pancakes, cookies, casseroles, and breads.
