Steam vegetables to preserve natural flavors and nutrients. A small post with screw in threads on one end and a handy finger ring on the other is provided for easy removal from pots. It is elevated from the steaming water by three legs. This device is made with 18 leaves which open like petals. The main components are heavy duty stainless steel. Folds compactly for easy storage.

The base has a 5 1/2 " diameter with many holes for steam circulation. The leaves also have holes and expand to any diameter up to 9 1/2". The legs are about 3/4" long and the post is about 2".

Expands from 5 1/2" to 9 1/2" diameter.
