A confetti of letters, numbers, and colors: red beet, green spinach, orange carrot/annatto, and golden grain. All organically grown. Colors brighten when cooked. 60% whole grain durum flour and 40% golden amber durum wheat semolina passes the kid's test. Made at the Eden Organic Pasta Company on vintage equipment with brass dies and slowly air dried. An excellent source of riboflavin B2, providing 45 percent of the recommended daily value (DV) per serving. A good source of fiber, protein, thiamin B1, niacin B3, magnesium, and zinc. Make purifying alphabet soup and very fun pasta salads.
