These sot, pliable, and Certified Gluten-Free tortillas are made with a healthful ancient grain flour blend that includes sorghum, brown rice, millet, amaranth, quinoa, and teff. Then, we added spinach flour for a pop of nutrition, color, and vegetable flavor.
