When Joe was asked to formulate a salted caramel syrup, he was incredulous. What? Just put some salt in your caramel syrup and Voila! Well, it turns out that salt doesn’t always mix in well, you can get too much, or not enough, you can use the wrong kind of salt, and, actually, it’s not all that straightforward after all! So, Joe formulated our Sea Salt Caramel to sail between the goalposts of too salty or not salty enough. It’s just right! We all love salted caramel candies, right?
