Lacy Gillham and Jan Taborsky met in college where they shared a love of baking, cheerfulness, and a passion for outdoor adventures. Jan’s last name actually translates to “camper” in Czech, so when they started their own gluten-free bakery as a class project in 2010, the name Happy Campers was a perfect fit!
