Squash, Heirloom Australian Butter, Cut, Organic

This rare Australian heirloom squash has peach-tan colored skin and thick, deep orange flesh that is creamy and buttery tasting, not to mention very sweet.  Makes a great addition to any meal.  Leftovers can be used for pies, cakes, cookies, or squash butter. 

This squash was grown by Azure Husbandry on the farm here in Dufur, Oregon.  We package these 2-3 lb. pieces fresh for your order.  They easily keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
