Snow Cap Bean Seed, Organic

(75 days) This heirloom variety bean is considered a half-runner, but some would just call it a pole bean.  These plants produce large beans (approx. 6/pod) with very distinctive markings.  The beans have a white “cap” on one half with the other half being beige with barn red-brown markings.  The fun thing is that these markings don’t fade when cooked!  These are fun beans to eat plain or added to any soup or chili.

These beans were grown here on the farm in Dufur, OR by Azure Husbandry.
