A flowering herb, red clover is commonly sought for its benefits to skin and hair health, bone health, menopause symptoms, and heart support, among others. It makes a fine cup of tea! Add 4 grams to 1 cup boiling water and steep for 10 minutes. Some recent studies indicate that red clover may have weak estrogen-mimicking possibilities. Non-GMO. Use for tinctures and teas, while enjoying a subtle fruity and floral flavor!
