Potato Starch, Unmodified, All Natural

Azure Market unmodified all-natural potato starch is a wonderful substitute for cornstarch as well as a great gluten-free flour replacement. It can tolerate higher cooking temperatures than cornstarch, so it’s a great thickener in recipes like soups or sauces. 

You can also add our unmodified potato starch to baked goods to retain moisture. However, it’s best to mix it with other flour substitutes; baked goods made with only potato starch in place of flour may end up a bit dry.
