*Portobello Mushrooms, Dried

These Portobello Mushrooms are commercially grown in the USA. They are basically a brown button mushroom (Crimini) grown to a large size.

Use them in any dish where you want a mushroom flavor such as in soups, sauces, gravies etc. Add them to a can of cream of mushroom soup, and you will not believe the flavor. We put them in beef stroganoff and it has become a family favorite.

These mushrooms are rated Medium to Strong on the Mushroom Flavor Scale.
