Our Parmesan cheese begins with pasture-raised milk. We use vegetarian rennet to develop our curds, and after we've made the cheese, we age it for at least 300 days. Finally, we shred or grate our Parmesan so it's ready for your table.

Rich in savory flavors, our Grated Parmesan is good enough to grace any kitchen in Italy Made with milk from pasture-raised cows and aged for atleast 10 months, this cheese adds a warmth, depth and complexity to pastas, soups and risottos.

MRNA Vaccine Statement: To the best of our understanding, there currently is no mRNA technology commercially available for use on cattle at this time in the United States. Accordingly, to the best of our knowledge, none of our cooperative's member farms have used any mRNA vaccines within their milk producing livestock.
