Having fresh oranges on hand for orange zest doesn’t always happen. So it’s great to have some dried, fine cut orange peel on hand. Not only can you use it directly in tea to add wonderful flavor and aroma, but when rehydrated, there are so many more possibilities. Think orange bread (with cranberries, maybe?), or orange cake.
