This whole oat flour is made by grinding and sifting whole oat groats in a natural stone mill. The proportions of the natural constituents of the oat groat remain unaltered. Whole oat flour is a dry, free-flowing powder, free of hard lumps. It is cream to light tan in color, and has a natural odor. 

• This product contains no egg or egg products, milk or milk products, peanuts or peanut products, tree nuts or tree nut products, soybeans or soybean products, seafood, or sulfites.
• Allergens: Oat products may contain measurable amounts of barley, rye, wheat, and triticale from the grain handling process as allowed by the U.S. Grain Handling Standards and the Canadian Grain Commission.
• Country of Origin USA and Canada

These oats do not contain any additives or preservatives of any kind.
