Our Multigrain Oat bread is made with starter yeast and utilizes a lengthy fermentation process. This process, along with the highest quality organic ingredients, yields bread with soft texture and rich flavor.

Great Taste Takes Time. Our bread is allowed to rise slowly to let each individual loaf develop its own wonderul flavor, texture and fullness.

An all-around great oat bread. Dense enough to hold up to the heartiest of sandwiches. Perfect with roasted chicken or grilled salmon. If you grew up on a farm, this is the bread you remember waking up to!

The Legacy of the Artisan Baker: Hundreds of years ago most families baked their own breads. Rustic loaves were mixed, kneaded, shaped and left to rise in family kitchens before being carted to communal ovens watched by a village elder who would carefully guard the loaves as he tended the fire. Eventually this role developed in the trade of village baker, having gathered the skills, techniques, recipes and methods from the local home bakers and their centuries of baking experience.

At Rudi's Organic Bakery, we hold to the traditions of this village baker, following the natural process - as in making great wine or cheese - preserving the art of breadmaking for this generation and generations to come.
