Organic macadamia nuts are round in shape and buttery in taste. Packed with nutrition, they have the most beneficial monounsaturated fats of any known nut. They contain protein, fiber, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin.

Popular in both the culinary and cosmetic industries, they complement baked goods, nut butters and, of course, simply decadent dipped in chocolate.

Process Description: Macadamia nuts are harvested, and the outer husks are removed soon after. The nuts are air dried for a couple weeks in their shell because of their initial high moisture content. The nuts are then cracked and separated from their shells. Finally, the nuts are ready for their final drying procedure.

Note: Due to shipping some macadamia nuts may be broken upon arrival.
