Lemon balm, a member of the aromatic mint family, is tasty in tea and can be easily made into a poultice, tincture, salve, or balm. Traditionally, it has been sought for pain relief, nausea, mood, alertness, digestion, and relaxation. Its flavor is citrusy and slightly sweet, and goes well with mint, chamomile, rose, and other herbs.
