Kumquat, Organic

Delicious, sweet yet tangy, kumquat is a winter/spring seasonal citrus fruits. Although kumquats taste just like that of other citrus category fruits, they are distinguished in a way that they can be eaten completely including the peel.

Try rolling them between your thumb and forefinger to bring the oils out in the fruit, this increases the sweetness. Unlike most citrus the juice is sour and the skin is sweet.
