Lion’s Heart Dry Kombucha recipe began in the heart of Portland, Oregon, in 2010 with Kombucha classes and farmers markets. We heard the call for kombucha with less sugar and became committed to making the best low sugar kombucha possible, featuring only the best whole-food ingredients. Our Kombucha uses just the right amount of sugar for healthy fermentation, and the result is a refreshing probiotic brew that will have you feeling great. Our Kombuchas are all unpasteurized, full of live cultures, and must be refrigerated to retain freshness.
Most of the caffeine from the tea is consumed during fermentation, but each can, can still have about 13mg of caffeine. Also contains trace amounts of alcohol.
