Quite simply, A2 dairy can help avoid stomach cramping, bloating, indigestion, and skin irritation. But to dig in deeper – at one point, all mammals’ milk was A2 or A2/A2 dairy, which is why it’s known as the OG dairy or heirloom dairy. However, over time, a mutation caused many cows to start producing A1/A2 milk instead, which may be why it’s so hard for many people to digest it today. The good news is that if you can comfortably enjoy goat or sheep’s milk – both A2 dairy as well! – but find yourself on the struggle bus with cow’s milk, then your belly will likely love our ice cream.
