The Lemon Cookie flavor strikes a balance between sweet and tart with a base of sweet, creamy lemon ice cream mixed with gluten-free buttery shortbread cookies (baked with Straus Organic European Style Unsalted Butter). The mouthfeel resembles homemade, hand-churned ice cream.

Straus Family Creamery Organic Lemon Cookie Ice Cream begins with premium organic milk and organic cream. We don't use any preservatives, fillers, artifical ingredients, or coloring agents in our ice cream.

MRNA Vaccine Statement: At Straus Family Creamery, we buy certified organic milk from twelve independently owned, certified organic family farms in Marin and Sonoma Counties. Our supplying certified organic dairy farms do not vaccinate cows with MRNA Vaccines.

Under the National Organic program, vaccinations are allowed for preventive measures to avoid disease. Vaccines must be FDA and NOP approved. These vaccines cannot be derived from genetically modified organisms (GMOs) including MRNA vaccines. No antibiotics or hormones (including reproductive) and Bovine Growth Hormone (rBGH) can ever be used.
