Rich in chocolate taste, our Organic Dutch Chocolate Ice Cream is a chocolate lover’s dream. Organic Dutch cocoa is paired with only five all-organic ingredients: milk, cream, sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla extract. The flavor is reminiscent of homemade, hand-churned ice cream.

Straus Family Creamery Organic Dutch Chocolate Ice Cream begins with premium organic milk and organic cream. We don’t use any preservatives, fillers, artificial ingredients, or coloring agents in our ice cream.

Our certified organic dairy products are Non-GMO Project Verified, certified kosher, and gluten free. The cows are never treated with hormones or antibiotics. They graze on pesticide-free organic pastures during good weather and are given 100% organically grown supplemented feeds.

The cows graze on sweet grasses in the unique, coastal climate of Western Marin and Sonoma Counties in Northern California. This grazing environment is reflected in the rich and unique flavor of Straus’ organic milk, organic cream, and all of our organic dairy products.

MRNA Vaccine Statement: At Straus Family Creamery, we buy certified organic milk from twelve independently owned, certified organic family farms in Marin and Sonoma Counties. Our supplying certified organic dairy farms do not vaccinate cows with MRNA Vaccines.

Under the National Organic program, vaccinations are allowed for preventive measures to avoid disease. Vaccines must be FDA and NOP approved. These vaccines cannot be derived from genetically modified organisms (GMOs) including MRNA vaccines. No antibiotics or hormones (including reproductive) and Bovine Growth Hormone (rBGH) can ever be used.
