Azure Market Raw, Unheated Wildflower Honey
Naturally sweet, wonderfully rich, and full of character, Azure Market Raw, Unheated Wildflower Honey brings you the delicious flavor of honey in a simple, minimally processed form.
Gathered by bees from a variety of blooming wildflowers, this honey develops a beautifully complex flavor that reflects the blossoms available throughout the season. Unlike single-flower varieties, wildflower honey can vary naturally in color, aroma, and flavor from one harvest to the next—making every batch a unique expression of its floral surroundings.
Our wildflower honey is raw and unheated, helping preserve the honey as close as possible to the way it comes from the hive. Its naturally smooth texture and rich sweetness make it a delicious alternative to refined sweeteners and a versatile staple for any pantry.
Drizzle it over warm biscuits, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, or fresh fruit. Stir it into tea and other beverages, use it in homemade dressings and marinades, or add its distinctive sweetness to baking and cooking.
Because this honey is raw and unheated, natural crystallization may occur over time. Crystallization is a normal characteristic of pure honey and does not indicate spoilage or affect its quality.
From spoonful to drizzle, Azure Market Raw, Unheated Wildflower Honey offers simple, naturally delicious sweetness with the unique character only wildflower honey can provide.
Raw. Unheated. Naturally sweet.
Natural Honey Note: Because this honey is raw and unheated, its appearance and texture may vary. Natural crystallization can create a creamy or lighter-colored appearance, and you may occasionally notice a pale or whitish layer on the surface. This can result from fine air bubbles, crystallized honey, or naturally occurring particles such as tiny traces of wax or pollen rising to the top. These characteristics are a natural part of minimally processed honey and do not necessarily indicate a problem with the product.
Crystallization is also completely natural and may occur over time. It does not mean the honey has spoiled or reduce its quality.
Note: Do not feed honey to infants under 12 months of age.
