Southern Style Hashbrowns are delicious any time of day, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. These hashbrowns are pan-fry ready or can be added to soups and casseroles.  Made from organic russet potatoes from the latest season’s crop that have been washed, peeled, cut into diced shapes, blanched and frozen.

Have you ever trying baking hashbrown in the oven on a baking sheet? Set the oven on low broil, toss the hash browns in some oil (safflower oil is delicious) and add your favorite seasoning. Spread the hashbrowns out on the baking sheet in an even layer, place in the oven for a few minutes at a time no more than 5 minutes at a time. Make sure to flip the hasbrown in-between, bake until they are soft and golden crisp. If you like extra crispy hashbrowns turn the broiler on high and crisp the hashbrowns for 1 to 2 min at a time until they are at the right level of crispy. Make sure to watch the hashbrowns if cooked for too long on broil they will dry out and note if they are sticking to the baking sheet more oil may be needed.
