To ensure the proper growth and development of chickens aged 8 to 18 weeks, it is recommended to feed them Peterson Organic Feeds Organic Broiler ration, a certified organic product containing 17 to 19% protein. In our soy free option, we rework the ratios by increasing the peas, increasing the fish meal and adding in sunflower meal. This loose feed is suitable for backyard flocks, allowing the chickens to eat at their own pace throughout the day. Additionally, fresh water should always be available for the chickens.
