Our naturally-brined olives are exceptionally superb in flavor without vinegar or preservatives (like potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate). 

 

Our olives are sustainably grown in Peru and tended with care by growers who are dedicated to reforesting the desert and supporting a more biodiverse and healthy ecosystem using sustainable groves of olive trees.

Green cocktail olives are picked before they ripen, typically in September or October most years, leaving them a beautiful, vibrant green color. The meat of these olives has an entrancing, nutty flavor.
