Gouda, Mild, Organic

Samish Bay Cheese has been making organic cheese on our dairy in the Skagit Valley of Northwest Washington since 1996.  Gouda is a traditional Dutch, semi-hard cheese.  We make this delightfully Mild Gouda with the milk from our cows and another near-by organic dairy.
