Our cut and sifted ginger adds a hot, spicy-sweet flavor to so many types of dishes including relishes, sauces, pickles, beverages, desserts, curries, and chutneys. It is a highly healing food too, ideally used to make tea through the winter and kombucha in the summer. For tea, add ¼ teaspoon to a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes, strain, and enjoy hot or cold.
