This Azure Market Organic Flour goes through the Unifine Process. The bean enters a high speed rotor and is instantly shattered into fine flour. Air goes through the rotor with the beans and blows the flour out, thus keeping it cool throughout the process, retaining many nutrients. With the Unifine Process the natural oils in the beans are kept intact and do not get hot like in regular grain milling and stoneground milling.
 
Garbanzo bean flour may be used to thicken soups and gravies, or added to homemade veggie burger patties.

Garbanzo Beans are naturally gluten free and this product is packaged in a facility that is gluten tested with a consistent result of less than 20 ppm to meet the standard of gluten-free.

Azure Market products are packaged in a Facility that meets the Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards which includes an approved allergen control program.

Price is FOB Moro, Oregon for customers purchasing the 1200 lb size Tote. Customers are responsible for freight charges based on chosen method of delivery from our warehouse to their destination. Receiving customer must have a Forklift, or Dock to unload. Please call for your shipping quote.
