Enchiladas ~ Take some corn tortillas, beans, chicken or beef, cheddar cheese, maybe some cilantro, onions and olives; put some enchilada sauce on the bottom of the dish; roll up the tortillas with ingredients above inside, spoon the rest of the sauce all over the top. Bake for 40 min. at 350 degrees F. Esta mui bueno. Enjoy!
