Due to Department of Agriculture Regulations, we are unable to ship tomatoes, peppers, or eggplant to California.

 

Ellie’s Eden starts are guaranteed to arrive to our customers in good, live condition.  Upon arrival, if there is any damage to the plants due to freezing on the truck, or stems of plants broken in transit, please notify customer service within 24 hours of delivery for credit.

 

Ellie’s Eden does not credit plants that die after being placed in the ground.

 

Please note that these plants have been on a truck and in a dark box before reaching you, so we encourage you to open the boxes and harden the plants off before placing in the garden. (Let them get some weather slowly before putting them out in the elements.)

 

ATTN. Customers ordering on the MORO Will Call drop. Because plants must travel from a separate location, all starts ordered for pickup at the warehouse location in Moro will not be available until 24 hours later than the posted time of pickup.
