The dates are macerated, pits removed, heated in water and concentrated into a thick syrup. The syrup possesses a sweet odor and flavor. No additives, sulfating agents, or artificial flavors are used.

This organic date syrup has a unique flavor profile. Drizzle it on pancakes or French toast. Add a spoonful to a smoothie or your morning oatmeal. It also makes the base for a great chicken marinade.
