Intensely dark but approachable, this 92% chocolate bar featuring beans from Togo is smooth and chocolate forward, with hints of nutty flavor.

This chocolate bar is made from organic cacao from Togo, Dominican Republic and Peru, organic sugar from Paraguay, and organic vanilla from Madagascar, all grown by small farmer co-ops. When farmers organize into co-ops they gain crucial market access, run their business democratically, and decide together how to invest in their communities. Founded in 2013, SCOOPS PROCAB, with the help of our friends at Gebana Togo, were the first producers in Togo to grow and export organic cacao. Accessing this new market has given the members a valuable economic alternative.
