To create Brown Rice Snaps, 100% brown rice is carefully cleaned, and then milled into a fine flour containing the essential nutrients of the whole grain. Next, this whole grain rice flour is lightly steamed, kneaded, shaped, and oven-baked to golden perfection with no added oils. The final step is adding sesame seeds for a satisfying and savory sesame flavor.
