In what began as a business renting freezer space to locals back in 1900, Sno Pac Foods has evolved into a family-owned and operated organic farm and processing plant in Minnesota. After purchasing their  farm, Sno Pac began growing strawberries, gooseberries and vegetables that were processed and frozen.

Sno Pac’s founder, Leonard Gengler, always farmed organically using natural products to sustain his land, along with effective rotation and soil conservation practices. Before eating healthy became popular, people bought Sno Pac vegetables because they tasted great. Customers still come directly to the Sno Pac plant to pick up their annual supply of vegetables.

Organic cottage fries are also a great base for scalloped and au gratin potatoes, and can also be baked, pan-fried or deep-fried, and served as a side dish. However you choose to cook them, they are a delicious addition to any meal – breakfast, lunch or dinner.
