Coriander Seeds, Whole, Organic

Coriander Seed come from the Coriandrum sativum plant. In the US we call the green leaves Cilantro, and the seeds Coriander. After growing the flavorful cilantro herb leaves, the plant then bursts into bloom with small white flowers before the plump round Coriander Seeds are produced. Highly flavorful, and often found in pickling spice blends.
