Comfrey is a strong growing perennial plant attaining a height of 2-31/2 ft. tall. It is known in herbal medicine for its medicinal properties. It was nicknamed knit bone by traditional herbalist for its aid in healing. Purple blossoms occur from late spring to early summer and are loved by bumblebees and hummingbirds alike. 

Ellie’s Eden does not credit plants that die after being placed in the ground.

Please note that these plants have been on a truck and in a dark box before reaching you, so we encourage you to open the boxes and harden the plants off before placing in the garden. (Let them get some weather slowly before putting them out in the elements.)
