Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, and this roast from the southern state of Sidamo lives up to Ethiopian coffee's well-deserved reputation for excellence. This is what's called a "naturally processed" coffee - that means the beans are sun dried with the fruit still on them, imparting a dense sweetness and complexity that comes through even after the fruit is later removed and the beans are roasted.
