Cinnamon Chips

Our Azure Market Cinnamon Chips are tiny pieces (1/8" - 1/4") of cinnamon sticks that serve as a happy medium between powdered cinnamon and cinnamon sticks. They are ideal for tea blends, cider, chai, mulling spices, potpourri, and more. You can even add them to your coffee grinds, eggnogs, and all kinds of baked goods and desserts. Try using them as a fun topping to pumpkin beverages and confections, rice pudding, chia pudding, and more.  

Cinnamon comes from the cinnamon tree which is an evergreen growing to 40 feet. The bark is rough and grayish-brown outside with a smoother, reddish brown inner-bark.
