Chocolate chips 1M (1,000 chips / lb) made from chocolate with 56% cocoa content.

Roasted and ground cocoa beans (cocoa liquor) are mixed with sugar, cocoa butter, and refined to reach a smooth 20 micron consistency, conched for 6 to 10 hours.  No maltodextrin to add shine.  Made without lecithin.
