The Truffle Jack takes our smooth and creamy Sierra Nevada Jack cheese and adds a perfect balance of pungent Italian truffles. We add a bit of Portabella mushrooms for texture and to create an umami bomb of flavor!

MRNA Vaccine & Chymosin “Vegetable Enzyme” Statement: at Sierra Nevada Cheese we do not use any mRNA vaccines in our herds. Chymosin, vegetable enzyme is not used in any of our products. A proprietary microbial coagulant derived from the fungi Rhizomucor miehei (also known as Mucor miehei) is used. This species of fungus is commercially used to produce enzymes that effectively curds milk for cheese production. This enzyme is fully approved for organic cheese production and ensures our Sierra Nevada Cheese remain vegetarian-friendly. This microbial coagulant is not from a GMO source and does not encounter any GMOs during production.
