We added pure mint oil to Australian carob, coconut sugar, and sustainable palm oil to make a minty treat that is hard to resist! Try our carob mint chips in brownies, cookies, muffins, and cupcakes, or add them as a topping for granola and yogurt. You can even mix them with nuts and raisins for a refreshing twist to trail mix!
