Organic Family Eden Butter or Baby Lima Beans are soaked overnight, and pressure cooked with no chemical additives at Eden Foods' organic. Lima beans offer a superb variation with a smooth, buttery taste. Baby Lima or Butter Beans are a light colored variety known as Carolina or sieva beans. Regular Lima beans are a much larger variety and more yellow. Baby Limas make an excellent side dish and are great as a creamy base for soup. Use in stew, dips, spreads, mashed, and in salads. Combined with sweet corn, they make the famous succotash.
