Montana Gluten Free mixes have very few ingredients – nothing you can’t pronounce. They are free of the eight most common allergens. All of their baking mixes contain basic ingredients so the baker can add their choice of sweetener and oil, and have the option to make egg-free, dairy-free, and yeast-free baked goods.

Their Toasted Oat Bread Mix makes bread bake up tall and light. Thanks to the high protein and fiber content it stays nice and moist for days. Perfect for sandwiches, toast, or just because! This bread mix can be made in a conventional oven or programmable bread machine, and can easily be made egg- and/or yeast-free.

Oats are naturally gluten-free and have the highest amount of protein and lowest glycemic index of all cereal grains. Montana Gluten Free selected PrOatina, a private oat variety, for its high protein, height, and hull-less qualities. Unlike so many gluten-free products on the market that are lacking protein and fiber, their products are good for you and tasty.
