Brandywine Tomato, Organic

(OP) 78 days.  We have not tasted a better heirloom variety.  Very large, often over 1 pound, the fruits have a deep pink skin and red flesh, and mature midseason.  Brandywine's luscious flavor is described as "very rich, loud, and distinctively spicy."  This taste might be hard to describe, but it can be readily experienced.  The medium-tall potato leaf plant is best staked or caged.  Indeterminate.

Please note that these plants have been on a truck and in a dark box before reaching you, so we encourage you to open the boxes and harden the plants off before placing in the garden. (Let them get some weather slowly before putting them out in the elements.)
