Blueberries, Dried, Apple Juice Infused, Organic

The organic dried cultivated blueberries are processed from sound and matures blueberries (Vaccinium angustifolium), well coloured and tasty, first quality. They are infused in apple juice solution. Following the drying of the fruits, we spray them with a light quantity of oil. The blueberries are prepared with non-GMO ingredients. No preservatives, flavour or colour is added.

Store in a cool and dry controlled atmosphere, preferably between 55-70º F. Keep sealed in box until ready to use, or store partial bags in resealable bags or containers when storing after opening. Keep out of direct light. Refrigeration below 35º F may cause some crystallization due to dehydration and extreme temperature changes.

Shelf life: Up to 12 months 55-68º F with less than 60% relative humidity and less than 10% temperature fluctuation. Temperature control within recommended temperature will extend shelf-life.
