90 days. The Black Brandywine tomato was bred sometime in the late 1920’s. This great-tasting tomato is large in size and full of the deep and sweet flavor that people love about purple/black tomatoes. Some fruits tend to crack as most heirlooms do, but the yield is heavy, and the plants are vigorous. Superior for salsa and cooking. Ellie’s Eden starts are guaranteed to arrive to our customers in good, live condition.  Upon arrival, if there is any damage to the plants due to freezing on the truck, or stems of plants broken in transit, please notify customer service within 24 hours of delivery for credit.

Ellie’s Eden does not credit plants that die after being placed in the ground.

Please note that these plants have been on a truck and in a dark box before reaching you, so we encourage you to open the boxes and harden the plants off before placing in the garden. (Let them get some weather slowly before putting them out in the elements.)
