Bella Capra is Sierra Nevada's award-winning line of goat cheeses. The feta is crumbly, salty and equal parts fresh and pungent to the taste buds. It's unbeatable with fresh tomatoes in Greek salads, but there are also many other uses for feta; sprinkle it on a veggie pizza or on top of a loaded baked potato. Use it in quiche or frittatas with fresh vegetables. It also goes great with lentils and other bean dishes.
All Sierra Nevada cheeses are free from antibiotics and synthetic hormones. Their feta is kosher, gluten- free and made with just three simple ingredients: cultured whole goat milk, vegetable enzyme and brined in sea salt.
Made with local goat’s milk, our high-quality feta cheese is simply delicious. Each bite will transport you to the Greek Isles.
